Dr. James Baldwin serves as Select Health of South Carolina’s Associate Medical Director. In addition to his duties at Select Health, Dr. Baldwin maintains a private practice for Internal Medicine in Charleston. He is also an active member of the American College of Physicians, the Charleston County Medical Society and the South Carolina Medical Society.
Dr. Baldwin received both his B.A. and his M.D. from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology at the Medical University of South Carolina. Following completion of his medical studies, Dr. Baldwin served in the United States Army Medical Command (Europe).
