As Vice President of Operations, Rebecca Engelman is responsible for the overall leadership of operations for Select Health of South Carolina. Ms. Engelman has been employed by the company since 1996 and has more than 20 years experience in healthcare and Medicaid managed care.
She has lead Select Health in areas of Medical Affairs and Quality Improvement prior to her current role. Before coming to Select Health, she managed the Medical Services Department at a Florida health plan and worked in several hospitals’ emergency departments. She received her Master of Science in Nursing with emphasis in Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.
