Select Health is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for our community. We partner with many local and statewide organizations such as Family Connections, March of Dimes and the Exchange Club of Charleston to address local issues and to give back to South Carolina.
To further our efforts of providing community support, Select Health has created the Community Liaison Department. This new department is working to build relationships with local, state and government agencies, and community service and faith-based groups throughout South Carolina. The liaisons aim to work with community agencies to plan ways to address community needs and concerns, provide outreach to community members and provide general health education, especially about the importance of prevention and primary care.
