Do you have symptoms like fever, cough, and shortness of breath that you think could be caused by COVID-19? Follow these steps to use the CDC COVID-19 Self-Checker. It can help you make decisions and find the right care.

  1. Visit the CDC’s symptoms webpage. 
  2. Click the Self-Check button in the Self-Checker box.
  3. Answer each question as best as you can.
  4. When you are finished, the CDC will suggest what to do next.
