2011 PDL Updates
 

The following drugs have been added to our Preferred Drug List and now fill without prior authorization:

  • Letrozole (generic Femara) 2.5mg tablets
  • Allergra allergy (new OTC version of Allegra)
  • Lipitor 40mg tablets

The following drugs have been removed from our Preferred Drug List and now require prior authorization:

  • Simvastatin 80mg tablets
  • Tekturna
  • Tekturna HCT
