  • Effective October 1, 2010, the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is terminating the Healthy Connections Kids (HCK) program. Your current HCK members will be moved to SC Healthy Connections (SCHC), also known as Medicaid. If you have questions concerning your contract, please contact your Contract Management Representative. For more information
