Child preventive health services
Healthy children grow to be healthy adults
First Choice wants parents to make sure their children are getting regular medical check-ups. These regular check-ups are called well-child visits. Well-child visits are important for all children from birth to age 21. Well-child visits are available at no cost to members. Call your child's PCP office to make an appointment. When you call, tell them that your child is a First Choice member.
