All South Carolina Medicaid health plans, including First Choice by Select Health of South Carolina, use the SCDHHS Comprehensive Drug List. The list is available here.
Effective January 1, 2026, coverage for Wegovy and Saxenda for the treatment of obesity will be removed from the list.
