First Choice's participating providers know an important part of a patient's care is to prevent them from getting sick. First Choice encourages members to visit your offices regularly. Through checkups, screenings, brief interventions and other preventive care services, you can help stop the development of serious diseases and disorders in members.

When an adolescent presents for a sports physical or a minor problem/sick visit, please take the opportunity to perform a comprehensive well visit. Incorporate the sports clearance questions and physical exam components for a complete exam.
